It appears Ld. Counsel for the appellant has submitted photocopy of the summon/notice arising in connection with EA/2/2023 from CC/13/2019 and from that it appears that the decree holder of CC/13/2019 Tarapada Rajak i.e. respondent in the instant Appeal has started execution proceeding being No. EA/2/2023 arising out of CC/13/2019 and by submitting the said photocopy of the notice, the appellant through its Ld. Counsel has prayed for stay of operation of the said EA/2/2023 arising out of CC/13/2019.

Considered and allowed for ends of justice at this stage.
