ORDER

Order dt.01/02/1990 The redressal sought is preliminary investigation to prevent the possibility of a fraud being committed by Opponents. The relief claimed is not envisaged by the Consumer Protection Act,1986. Apart from that the Opponents it is learnt has already left Madikeri limits and his whereabouts are not known.
