Today is fixed for hearing the petition filed by the O.P No. 1 which registered as M.A. 115/2024.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P No. 1 is present.

Petition dated 25/04/2024 filed by O.P No. 1 which registered as M.A. 115/2024 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides.

During hearing Ld. Advocate for the Complainant filed written objection against the said petition. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits that at the time of admission hearing he produced the original copy of said document before this Commission and he will produce the same at the time of final hearing.

On perusal of page no. 2 of aforesaid W/O we find that Complainant stated the same. We failed to understand what prevented him to produce the said document before this Commission as on this day.

Having considered the entire matter we think that direction should be given to the Complainant to produce the aforesaid document before this Commission.

Hence, the aforesaid petition is allowed.

Complainant is directed to produce the original agreement dated 11/05/2019 before this Commission on 16/08/2024.

To 16/08/2024 for filing original agreement dated 11/05/2019.

M.A. case no. 115/2024 is thus disposed off.
