On the strength of a call for petition filed by both parties record is put up today.

Complainant appeared in person and filed a petition to drop the proceeding in view of settlement of the issue between the parties. He also files his Adhar card bearing No. 5812 2437 6121 for his identification. Advocate for O.Ps No. 3 & 4 Sri M. Sharma enclosed on the petition as no objection. Perused the petition submitted by complainant. Complainant has required Rs 7,200/- in shape of a cheque bearing No. 654468 dt. 21.10.2020 of HSBC branches in India having account No. 051-902690-001 in favour of the petition. As complainant is satisfied with O.Ps & does not want to proceed with the case, we have nothing to adjudicated. Hence the petition is allowed & the complaint is dropped in view of settlement of the issue by O.Ps & satisfaction of complainant.
