The case record being C.C. case No.19/2020 has been placed before the Ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. The applicant/complainant and O.p. are found present and ready. Heard both sides. Considered submission.

As per submission of the petitioner/complainant, the O.p. has already solved his all grievances and already perform the remaining works of the property and so he is voluntarily withdrawing this case.

The O.p. in this regard pointed out that in the matter of arriving on settlement no money transaction has been taken place.

As the petitioner/complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case Ld. Judges of this Upobhakta Lok-Adalat has no reason to stand on their way.

In the result,

That this complaint case No.19/2020 be and the same is disposed off as it is voluntarily withdrawn by the petitioner sides and the O.p. is not raising any objection.

Let a joint petition filed by the parties be made a part of this order.

The parties of this case are entitled to get free certified copy of this case.
