Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner submits that inadvertently the name of opposite party no.20(b) has been written in the substitution petition as well as amended copy of complaint as Subhash Bose instead of Subhasish Bose. The complainant/petitioner on perusal of the written version filed by the opposite party no.20(b) has come to know the correct name of opposite party no.20(b). as such, the name of opposite party no.20(b) is require to be rectified as Subhasish Bose instead of Subhash Bose.

Prayer is considered and allowed.

Thus, Misc. Application dated 04/12/2023 is allowed on contest but without cost.

Complainant is directed to file amended copy of complaint petition in CC/29/2021.

Thus, the Misc. Application is disposed of.
