Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing of the Miscellaneous Application.

The said application has been filed for amendment of the complaint. The application is moved by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant. After hearing the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and vetting the application in the light of the rest material on record, we find that amendment has become necessary only to challenge the ground raised by the Ops in their written statement. Such amendment is not likely to have the effect of changing the nature and character of the case. The prayer for amendment is allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amendment complaint by the next date i.e. on 01.09.2022. The MA being No. 10/2022 is thus disposed of.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
