            Record is put up by the put up petition on behalf of the complainant. Complainant also files a show-cause petition as per order dated 04/03/2022. Complainant also files another petition supported with an affidavit praying for withdrawal of the case on the grounds stated therein.

            Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant submits that is in emergent condition complainant would like to move the withdrawal petition today and that will not be at all prejudicial in the interest of justice as next date is fixed for show-cause and that apart stage of admission hearing has not been crossed.

            Thus, at the instance of Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant the show-cause petition is taken up for hearing. Heard. Considered. Cause shown appears to be satisfactory and thus show-cause petition is accepted today is connection with order dated 04/03/2022.

            Subsequently the prayer for withdrawal is taken up for hearing. Heard. Considered. Moot contention of the Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant submits that in the original petition of complaint some important documents have not been clubbed with the original application of complaint and as such withdrawal petition is made alongwith a permission to file a fresh petition of complaint.

            Regard being had upon the submission of Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant and going through materials on record prayer for withdrawal of the complaint is granted with liberty to the complainant to file fresh petition of complaint if any, if he intends.

            Thus instant case is disposed of.

            Record need not be put on 07/04/2022.
