Ld. Advocates for the parties are present. The delay condonation petition of the Appellant is taken up for hearing. Ld. Advocate for the Appellant mainly speaks about procedural entanglement in the delay caused in preferring the appeal. Ld. Advocate for Respondent submits that there is no proper explanation and day-to-day clarification towards the delay. Considering the materials on record, it is found that the delay has not been substantially explained for which the prayer for condonation cannot stand.

Accordingly, the delay condonation petition of the Appellants stands rejected. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed being barred by limitation.
