The case record is put up today for admission hearing.

The complainant himself is present.

Heard the submission of the complainant in full.

It appears that the petition of complaint has been filed by the complainant contending about the condition of road of certain area. But no primafacie document has been filed to that effect corroborating the averment of petition of complaint. Moreover, it is pertinent to mention here that the complainant failed to prove primafacie that he is a “Consumer” as defined in section 2 (7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances and having regard to the submission made by the complainant, we are not at all inclined to admit the instant case.

Hence, it is

That the present case is not admitted and the same is hereby dismissed with cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited by the complainant in Consumer Welfare Fund for filing such vexatious complaint and wasting the valuable time of the Commission.
