Order No.04, dated 02/03/2016

The record is put up on instant of the complainant.

The Complainant by filing a petition stated that the dispute has already been settled amicably. Both the Complainant, Rajib Pal and one Sudipta Roy Chaudhuri on behalf of all O.Ps by filing a joint verified petition stated that as the dispute is already settled, the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and prayed for an order for disposal of the case. The Complainant files a Money Receipt of Rs.50,000/-.

Heard both the parties and it appears that the Complainant already received Rs.50,000/- from the O.Ps with full satisfaction vide Cheque No.061809 dated 02/03/2016 and there is no dispute at all.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, we are inclined to hold that we have no impediment to dispose of the present case.
