| ORDER | ORDER NO. 4 DT. 25.3.2011 Appellant is present through Mr. P.K.Basu, Ld. Advocate, who files an application for unconditional withdrawal of the Appeal as the disputes between the parties have been settled amongst themselves. In view of such application and more particularly, since the prayer has been made for unconditional withdrawal of the Appeal, the said application is allowed. The Appeal be treated as withdrawn without any leave to file the same afresh. Since the Appeal has been withdrawn, the Appellant is permitted to get the refund of the amount that was deposited at the time of filing of this Appeal. The Registrar of this Commission is accordingly directed to refund the amount deposited by the Appellant at the time of filing the Appeal as expeditously as possible. | |
