Order No.6, dated 20/06/2018

Today is fixed for filing show cause and making payment by the J/dr. No.1 i/d W/A.

At this stage, a supporting affidavit is filed by the D/hr. Smt. Renubala Biswas.

Heard both sides.  Considered and allowed.  Affidavit is accepted.

The J/dr. No.1 has deposited a cheque being No.482020 dated 14.06.18 amounting to Rs.1,52,000/- in the name of Smt. Renubala Biswas (D/hr.) issued from Allahabad Bank, Cooch Behar, Biswa Singha Road.

Let the aforesaid cheque be kept in the safe custody  under the Registrar-in-Charge of this Forum.

Whereas the J/dr. No.1 has made payment of decreetal amount through the aforesaid cheque and whereas the J/dr. No.2 has already made payment of decreetal amount separately, as such, the instant case is finally disposed of with full satisfaction.

A petition is filed on behalf of the D/hr. praying for withdrawal of the aforesaid cheque stating the ground therein. 

Heard the petition.  Considered and allowed.  Let the cheque be handed over to the D/hr. through proper receipt.
