      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  prays to direct the opposite party  to refund Rs.390/- towards the cost of the defective calculator, Rs.10,000/- towards damages, costs of Rs.3,000/- and such other further reliefs.

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri G. Srinivasulu, advocate for the complainant and  opposite party is at notice stage and this Forum made the following:
