Ld. Lawyer  for the appellant moves a petition for stay for opearation of the impugned  judgement and order dated 28.05.2019 passed by the Ld. D.C.D.R.F., Purulia in C.C. No. 64 of 2018.

Perused the materials on record, we do not find any substantial material or merit to entertain the petition for stay, at such long lapse of time since the date of impugned judgement.

The stay  application is not entertained.
