Today is fixed for appearance of the parties.

The complainant is present in person.

It is submitted by the complainant that an amicable settlement with the Ops has already taken place for which she has lost interest to proceed with the case. It is further submitted by her for the shop room which is the only subject matter in this case. She has also got sufficient money from the Ops and she files an application to that effect.

It is the complainant who has set the law in motion giving rise to the present case and it is her prerogative. She can back out at any stage of the proceedings and she is entitled to the stands that she has now taken. The prayer for dismissal of the complaint is therefore disposed of.

There would be no order as to cost and compensation.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
