Complainant no.2 in person is present with the Ld. Advocate of the complainants.  O.P. herself and her Ld. Advocate are present.

It is contended by the Ld. Advocate appearing for the respective parties including the parties present today in a chorus voice submit that case has already been settled out of this Commission and only the CC (O.C.) is yet to be collected by the complainants and copy of the same be handed over to the O.P. at the earliest just after receiving the same by complainants.

It is settled between the parties that the moment complainants will have the CC (O.C.) of the concerned building where the flat in questions of the O.P. is situated, the O.P. at once will hand over the CC (O.C.) to the complainant without fail.

With above observation the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction and parties are directed to follow the directions strictly as ordered.

Plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
