| Final Order / Judgement | The Ld. Advocate appearing for the OP 2 to 5 is present. Record reveals that vide order dated 24.01.2023, this Commission has mentioned that the Complainant namely Mr. Swapan Kumar Ghosh has passed away and accordingly necessary steps for substitution be taken by the legal heirs of the deceased Complainant and for that reason some dates have already gone away and today is the date fixed for show cause. It seems that the legal heirs of the deceased Complainant, if any, has/ have lost interest in his/their case and no longer interested to proceed with their case and no substitution record is forthcoming before this Commission till date. Moreover, there is no show cause petition yet. It is now 12.40 pm and none appears today on behalf of the deceased Complainant. Therefore, there is no need to proceed further with this case and thus the instant case is becoming abated as a whole. Hence, the instant case being no. CC/93/2019 is dismissed as non-prosecution.
