Today is fixed for hearing of the petition which has been filed by the j/dr side on the point that have already complied the award passed in this case.

D/hr side is found absent. 

J/dr side is present and pointed out that they already have executed and registered the sale deed and also paid decreetal amount.  In respect of such point of contention documents have been filed.

As the deed of conveyance has already been executed and registered and decreetal amount has also been paid, let this execution case be dropped on full satisfaction.
