            Heard Mr. M. Choudhury, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant/petitioner.

            In the instant petition, a prayer has been made to correct typographical error appearing in M.A. 53/2015, wherein limitation period has been mentioned as 57 days instead of 28 days.

            Prayer is allowed. Necessary correction may be made accordingly.

            The applicant/petitioner will take necessary steps to serve a corrected copy upon the other side.

            With this order, this Misc Application is disposed of.
