                  The Complaint is filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get maturity value of Rs. 23,261/- on investment capital of Rs. 18,000/- on 30-09-2010 for 60 months by him. But the where-abouts of the OPP. Parties on behalf of Micro Finance Limited are not known to him. The present address of the Opp. Parties is also not known to the Complainant. In the said situation there is no scope to hear the parties. Hence the Complaint is disposed -of with a direction to the Complainant to file his claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Sent the extract of this order to the Complainant at an early date.
