`                The Complaint was filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get  Rs. 25,097/- which was due  on 31-08-2015  towards her deposit in the Phulbani branch of Micro Finance Limited . The Opp. Parties are not present before this Forum as the Complainant failed to submit their correct address. Hence notice could not be served upon them. In the said circumstances this case could not be taken-up by us for hearing. Accordingly the Complaint is closed but with a direction to the Complainant to file her claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Sent the extract of this order to the Complainant.
