                The Complaint was filed by the Complainant against the Opp. Parties to get Rs. 7,754/- and Rs. 12,000/-  the Opp. Parties are not present before this Forum as their present correct present address is not known to the complainant. Hence notice could not be served upon them. In the said circumstances this case could not be taken-up for hearing.  Accordingly this complainant is closed but with a direction to the complainant to file her claim before the concerned police station or in the proper designated court as per law.

                                          With the above direction the C.C is disposed -of. Supply free copy of this order to the Complainant.
