Both parties are absent. This case is put up today for order.

   This complainant is filed ny the complainant against the opp.parties to get Rs. 8366/- and Rs.10.000/- towards her deposit under Micro Finance Ltd. But the opp.parties are not appearing in this case inspite of repeated dates. The present address of the opp.parties is not known to the complainant. The office of Micro Finance Ltd. is also not functioning at phulbani. In the said circumstances this complainant is closed with a direction to the complainant is closed with a direction to the complainant to file F.I.R against the opp.parties in the local police station or to file case in proper designated court as per law.

                   With the above direction the C.C. is disposed of. Intimate the complainant accordingly.
