  This Complainant is filed by the complainant against the opp.parties to get Rs.25,097/- from them towards the his deposit under Micro Finance Ltd. But the opp.parties are not attending this forum inspite of several dates. The where abouts of the opp.parties is not known to the complainant.

              Perused the complainant petition and the documents filed by the complainant in support of his case. The case is lingering since long in absence of the parties. Hence this complainant is closed today with a direction to the complainant to file F.I.R against the opp.parties in the local police station or to file case in proper designated court as per law to get his claim.

             With the above direction the C.C. is disposed of. Intimate the complainant accordingly.
