| Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 1 Date 22/07/2023 The case record being C.C. case No.207/2022 has been placed before the Ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. Both parties are found present and ready. Ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok-Adalat discuss the point of settlement in the presence of both sides and out of discussion the parties agreed on the following points: - It is admitted fact that the complainants are in possession of the suit property and in this regard the O.p./landowner already handed over the possession letter.
- It is admitted by the parties that the complainants are now not at all interest to get the compensation and litigation cost. Nor further orders the complainants are waiving their claim.
- It is settled between the parties that the O.p./Landowner shall execute and registered the said Deed of Conveyance within 1(one) month from the date of this order and the said execution and registration of Deed of conveyance is to be done on any Thursday.
- It is admitted fact that the entire consideration money has already been paid by the complainants to the O.p.
In the light of the observation and also settlement in between the parties this case is disposed of. So, In the result, it is accordingly, o r d e r e d That this complaint case No.207/2022 be and the same is disposed of through Upobhokta Lok-Adalat on the basis of above noted amicable settlement. Parties of this case are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order from D.C.D.R.C., Howrah. Let this order be uploaded in the Official Website of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah immediately.
