Both Parties are present with their lawyers. A joint compromise petition has been filed by the parties duly signed by them and their lawyers standing therein that they have compromised this case and in terms of compromise the o.p. has paid the claim amount of Rs. 28800 by post dated chaque no. 756257 dated 30.06.2010. of Uco Bank, Simdega Branch to the complainant.         

                Heard on the send petition and perused the record. The parties have compromised this case out side the forum and filed joint compromise petition in the forum. Which is in order. Hence the send compromise petition is allowed in terms of the compromise petition and this case stands disposed off accordingly.
