Ld. Advocate for the Decree holder/petitioner prays to call for a report from concerned police station regarding execution of warrant of arrest against Judgement debtor no.1.

It appears from the record that warrant of arrest issued against the Judgement debtor no.1 has already been recalled vide order no.25 dated 06/05/2024 passed in EA/77/2022.

Therefore, the Misc. Application dated 06/07/2023 has become infractuous and liable to be rejected.

Hence, it is

that the Misc. Application be and the same is dismissed without cost.
