Order No. 15
The complainant is present and files hazira. O.P. Nos. 3,4,5 and 6 are also present by filing hazira. Ld. Advocate for the complainant files a petition on
02.09.2021 under order No. 5 Rule 20 , CPC with a prayer for allowing him to serve the notice upon the O.P. Nos. 1,2,7 and 8 through paper publication.
Let the petition dated 02.09.2021 under Order No. 5 Rule 20, CPC filed the complainant be treated as M.A. No. 78/2021.
Perused the petition. Heard both sides. Considered. No objection raised from any corner. From the materials on record it appears that since long the complainant could not be able to serve the notice upon the O.P. Nos. 1,2,7 and 8 as mentioned in the petition dated 02.09.2021 due to faulty address.
Hence, considering this circumstance this commission do not find any predicament to allow this petition.
