               This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

               Complainant and her Ld. Lawyer and the Promoter/Developer (O.p. no.1) are found present and ready.

               Heard both sides. Considered submission.

               In course of hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant side and O.p. no.1 pointed out that the Promoter/Developer is ready to execute and register the Deed of Conveyance in favour of the complainant but problem in the matter of execution and registration of the Deed in favour of the complainant is that the landowners, i.e. O.p. nos.2 to 6 of this case are not willing to do so.

               At this stage, O.p. no.1 candidly expressed that the Promoter/Developer ready to execute and register the Deed of Conveyance if the Ld. Court appoint/engage representative of the District Commission on behalf of the landowners (O.p. nos.2 to 6) in the matter of execution of the Deed of Conveyance.

               Relating to this proposal the complainant side is raising no objection. The complainant has also filed a verified application for appointment of the Court’s representative in the matter of execution and registration of the Deed of Conveyance on behalf of the O.p. nos.2 to 6.

               For the purpose of proper and complete adjudication of this case and for the interest of settlement of the dispute involved in this case the prayer of the complainant which is also admitted by O.p. no.1 is allowed.

               Let the Deed of Conveyance on behalf of Landowners (O.p. nos.2 to 6) be executed by the representative of this District Commission.

               Let Nirmalya Bairy, L.D.C. be appointed as representative of this District Commission in the matter of execution and registration of Deed of Conveyance.

               The complainant side is directed to submit the draft copy of Deed of Conveyance alongwith related documents for approval by the Office of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah immediately.

               DSR/ADSR, Howrah is directed not to take any copy of Aadhar Card or Pan Card from the representative of this District Commission.

               In the light of the observation made above this complaint case is disposed of.

               Parties are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order as early as possible.
