The Ld. Advocate of the petitioners/O.Ps. is present. The Ld. Advocate of the O.Ps./complainant is present.

On behalf of the O.Ps./complainant written objection is filed against the petitioners/O.Ps.

The instant Misc. Application is taken up for hearing.

O.Ps. by filing application dated 17.02.2023 has mentioned that for proper adjudication one Smt. Shefali Rani Dey is required to be made one of the parties relating to this case and it is also prayed for by the petitioners/O.Ps. that Smt. Shefali Rani Dey may be arrayed as proforma O.P. no.4 in the cause title of the petition of complaint. On the other hand, the Ld. Advocate appearing for the O.Ps./complainant vehemently opposed the submission of the Ld. Advocate appearing for the petitioners/O.Ps. and contended that in fact, it is the domain of the O.Ps./complainant to asses /select to whom O.Ps./complainant make necessary parties to the case and it is a tricky game on the part of the petitioners/O.Ps. So that the case of the O.Ps./complainant may be frustrated because of such so called prayer of addition of party.

Having gone through the submission of both sides and going through the materials on record this Commission in fact finds no merit in the application of the petitioners/O.Ps. and it is stands rejected.

Thus, the instant Misc. Application being no.70/2023 is disposed of.
