तक्रार क्र.56/2007.

-ः अंतिम आदेश ः-

आदेश पारित तारखेपासून 45 दिवसांचे आत विरुध्‍दपक्ष क्र.1 व 2 यांनी वैयक्तिकरितया अथवा संयुक्‍तीकरित्‍या तक्रारदाराना खालील रकमा दयाव्‍यात-

1. रु.12,092/- दि.19-7-06 पासून ते आदेश पारित तारखेपर्यंत द.सा.द.शे.8 टक्‍के दराने व्‍याजासह दयावेत.

2. मानसिक त्रासासाठी नुकसानभरपाईपोटी रु.2,000/- दयावेत.

3. न्‍यायिक खर्चापोटी रु.1,000/- दयावेत.

विहीत मुदतीत उपरोक्‍त आदेशाचे पालन विरुध्‍दपक्ष क्र.1 व 2 ने न केल्‍यास तक्रारदार वरील सर्व रक्‍कम विरुध्‍दपक्ष क्र.1 व 2 कडून वैयक्तिकरित्‍या किंवा संयुक्‍तीकरित्‍या आदेश पारित तारखेपासून ते संपूर्ण रक्‍कम मिळेपर्यंत द.सा.द.शे.8 टक्‍के दराने व्‍याजासह वसूल करण्‍यास पात्र रहातील.
