Seen the compromise pt. No.124 filed by both the parties. Perused the pt. As the parties have amicably patched up their differences involved in this case by compromise therefore the case is disposed off on compromise pt. which is marked as Ext-X. OP is directed to make payment of the dues as per the terms of the compromise to the members of the complainant association which list is enclosed in the case without further delay and compromise pt. will form part of this order.
