Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. None has appeared for the respondent nor has filed objection against the application for condonation of delay.

      This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant praying for condoning the delay of 51 days in preferring the accompanying appeal.

      We have perused the statement made in the application. The grounds for delay has been explained at para 3,4 and 5. We have found that the applicant has sufficient grounds for which the appeal could not be filed in time.

      In view of the statement made in the application, also for the ends of justice, delay of 51 days in preferring the accompanying appeal is condoned.

      Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
