Complainant is present along with his A/R. Ops are represented through their A/Rs. Parties have filed compromise petition dated 12.06.2020 stating that they have settled disputes out of Court and Complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the Ops.

Perused the compromise petition dated 12.06.2020 filed by the parties. It is ascertained from the submissions of complainant and the compromise petition fated 12.06.2020 to that effect that the parties have settled their disputes out of Court and also it is ascertained that the complainant has no claim in future against the Ops further. Therefore, on the basis of such compromise petition dated 12.06.2020, we are inclined to drop the case hence forth.

Keeping in view of the above settlement made between the parties, we ahve no hesitation to close the case is closed henceforth.
