The D.H. has not taken any step. 

On behalf of the J.D photocopy of judgment delivered by the Hon'ble State Commission in Case No- 35/2018 arising out of CC- 02/2018 has been filed. By this judgment Hon'ble State Commission has set aside the judgment passed by this Forum in Case No- 02/2018. The instant Execution case has been drawn up for enforcing the judgment passed in CC-02/2018. 

In view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble State Commission in setting aside the judgment passed in CC-02/2018 further proceeding of the instant Execution case is redundant. Hence, this execution case has been disposed of.
