Heard Mr. Subhrendu Halder, the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner who is aggrieved by the order that directing payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- while allowing the prayer for adjournment.  We have considered the contention and we do not find any jurisdictional error which justify an intervention by the Revisional Court against the said order.  The contention advanced by the Ld. Advocate do not amount to showing any jurisdictional error which entitles us to intervene at this stage.  We dismiss the petition and there is no order as to cost.
