Today is fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant as last chance.

It appears from the case record that the proceeding run ex parte since 15.2.2021.

As a result fix 7.5.2021 for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant. Since then the complainant elapsed 7.5.2021, 22.7.2021, 3.11.2021, 6.1.2022 and today.

It appears from the case record that complainant files one petition for dissolving the above noted case on the ground that the dispute has been settled amicably in between the parties but the said petition is not acknowledged by proper identification of the complainant. Today on repeated calls the complainant is absent without steps. So, this Commission is in the opinion to that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case as such the complaint petition deserved to be dismissed due to non prosecution.

Hence ordered that the complaint petition being no. C.C. 197 of 2019 be and the same is dismissed due to non prosecution.
