The complaint was filed U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging medical negligence committed by the opposite parties seeking direction to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- as compensation for causing mental agony and negligence act with 18% interest and cost of this proceedings to the complainant. 
No representation for complainant. Complainant called and informed.  But no response.  Sufficient opportunities given.  Hence complaint dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 28th June 2022.
