Complainant files hazira along with a petition with a prayer for amendment of the cause title of the case. Let this petition for amendment be treated and registered as M.A Case No. 12/2022.

Perused the petition, heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Considered.

From the content of the petition, it appears that the complainant want to amend the address of the OP No. 1 as mention in the cause title of the petition of the complainant. Which is formal one and if the same be allowed it cannot changed the nature and character of the case, considering such circumstances this Commission in of view that there is no predicament on the part of the Commission to allow this prayer for amendment as made by the complainant/petitioner.

Hence, the prayer of the complainant/petitioner dated 18/05/2022 i.e. M.A being No. 12/2022 is allowed to her any cost.

Thus the M.A Case No. 12/2022 is disposed of.

Complainant/petitioner is directed to file the amended petition of complainant within the statutory period.

Filing of amended petition of complainant in the meantime within the statutory period.
