On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that matter has been amicably settled between the parties on 19.03.2021. Matter was adjourned to 07.04.2021 for the payment. On 07.04.2021 counsel for OP sought time for handover of the cheque. Thereafter, both parties did not appear before the court. It seems that Op has already given the cheque to the complainant towards the settlement amount. Hence the matter is disposed off accordingly since no issues left.
