Complainant is absent without step.

From perusal of order-sheet and case record it is seen that the case was filed and registered on 25.08.23. The complainant was asked to take step of notice to be served on the O.P. within 7 days from the date of passing of order dtd. 25.08.23. 12.10.23 was fixed for S/R & W/S of O.P. vide order dtd. 25.08.23. Nine months and seven dates fixed for S/R & W/S have passed. But the complainant has not taken the step of notice as directed. Moreover, the complainant is remaining absent before the Commission for these long period without any step.

From the act and attitude of the complainant it can easily be presumed that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case further, under such circumstances the Commission has no option except to drop the complaint from proceeding and the case is dropped accordingly.
