HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

Heard Mr. Tapan Banerjee, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner who advanced one contention that the segregation has been done by the Forum in the impugned order on wrongful assessment of the facts.  As the aforesaid question is not a jurisdictional issue we are unable to exercise our revisional power and, therefore, the revision petition is dismissed.  We make it clear that we have not decided any of the questions raised in the petition on merit.
