One application is filed by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and the said application is registered as MA/38/2023 for causing service of notices upon the OPs by making necessary publication on newspaper.

From the record it is apparent that all attempts for causing service of notice in the ordinary way have gone in vain and therefore, the prayer submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant appears to be well founded one and it is allowed. The notice should be published either in Anand Bazar Patrika or Bartaman newspaper and asking the OPs to appear before this Commission on 22.03.2023 and to file W/V within 30 days from the date of publication of notice in newspaper. The Ld. Advocate will file a copy of newspaper containing such notice by the next date.

The MA/38/2023 is thus disposed of.

As such, 22.03.2023 is fixed for appearance of the OPs and also file a copy of newspaper.
