Revisionist through Mr. R.K.Mukherjee, Ld. Advocate, OP No. 1 through Mr. Prasanta Banerjee, Ld. Advocate along with Mr. P.K.Basu, Ld. Advocate and OP No. 2 through Mr. S.Nayak, Ld. Advocate, along with Mr. Alok Mukhopadhyay, Ld. Advocate, who files Vokalatnama, are present.  Heard both sides in full.  Order is passed as under :-

In presence of both the parties both the Revisional Application and the Stay Application are taken up for hearing.  Upon hearing of the Ld. Advocates for the parties it has become clear that the Appellant/Landlord has no objection if the Complainant/OP gets supply of electricity from CESC Ltd. in his tenanted portion of the premises in question.  In view of such stand taken by the landlord/Appellant both the above applications are disposed off with the direction upon CESC Ltd. to supply electricity through a separate meter to the complainant/OP at his cost by following relevant Electricity Supply Act and the conditions of supply of such services to the Consumers.  For the purpose of supplying electricity to the tenanted portion of the complainant/OP the CESC shall be entitled to approach the concerned authorities for compliance of this order if there be any resistance by any of the parties to this complaint case.  The Revisional Application is accordingly disposed of.
