            Notice issued to the respondent from this Commission, has not returned after service as reflected in the office note dated 3-1-2015. Mr. Lal has submitted at the bar that an appeal was already filed against the order impugned in this appeal and the same has been admitted. We have called the record and verified that F.A. 2/2014 has already been filed against the same impugned order.

            The established procedure is that when an appeal is pending against that same impugned order, subsequent appeal, before admission, need not follow the procedure prescribed for admission. In view of the above, this appeal is admitted and the same is tagged along with F.A. 2/2014. No notice need be issued to the parties.        

            List the matter on 6-2-2015.
