On repeated calls, none appears for the complainant.

From the last order dated 10.05.2023, it reveals that notice upon complainant has been issued and sent notice has been returned which is evident from track report with remarks “Deceased” and to that effect on last order dated 10.05.2023, necessary order has been passed.

It appears that no persons in the form of applicant on behalf of complainant appears praying for substitution on the ground of death of complainant.

In C.P. Act, 2019 is a special Act and to be disposed of at an early date i.e. legislative intention.

In that view of the matter as none appears on repeated calls on behalf of the complainant.

So, there is no need to proceed further with the case.

The instant case is disposed of without merit.
