          In the instant Interlocutory Application the applicant /OP no.2 M/s Uma Nalini Mediclinic and Research Institute prayed for expunction of its name from the cause title of the petition of complaint. Objection has been raised by ld. Counsel for the complainant. Fact remains alleged incident took place in the said Nursing home against which reliefs have been sought for by the complainant. Hence, we cannot expunge its name on the prayer of the applicant/itself. The petition is thus rejected and disposed of.
