Seen and perused the final order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA/87/2014 in CC 73/2012 from which the instant execution case has been arisen. We find from the said order that the Hon’ble State Commission has been pleased to allow the appeal on contest and set aside the impugned  judgement and final order and to dismiss CC 73/2012.
