Learned counsel for the appellant is present.

A memo is filed on behalf of the appellant which reads as follows:-

“The appellant wants to withdraw the above mentioned appeal and it is therefore prayed that the same may be allowed to be withdrawn.

It is further prayed that the statutory amount deposited may be refunded to the appellant.”
